Whatever your message, both Twatter and Faceache are essential tools for getting it out there. Growing your network will provide you with an audience but keeping up with all those nearly acquired anonymous friends, fans and followers can be a complete pain. There are many applications that can help. I’ve just found a nifty little Twitter management product that is just the ticket. It’s called ManageFlitter.
